Your uptime is very important to us. The emergency support paging system notifies our staff instantly via pagers we carry of any server outage issue. This may only be used to report a hosting account as down, a dedicated server as down, or a VPS as down.

 
Emergency Request Criteria
STEP ONE

Is your issue listed on the status
board (seen at right)?  If it is do
not page the techs, they are
already working on your
issue.

If your issue is already on the
status board please open a
standard support ticket so we
can update you on any status
changes.
