Refer customers to us through simple links and earn money for the initial sale and also every month thereafter. We do not force banners or set code on you, so you can shape your links to us how you want and fine tune it to your site. All we ask is that you link to webcs.com with a truthful and accurate link. For website hosting accounts: $30 per sale plus $2/month There is no complex code to upload or configure. Simply sign up below and put links to webcs.com and your done. Our system records all referrers and tags orders with them. You will even get a referral if the customer leaves our site then comes back later. Simply fill out the short form below to get started! LIST THE WEBSITES YOU WILL BE USING OUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM ON: BY USING THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES AND TERMS: WEBSTER COMPUTING SERVICES (WEBCS.COM) AFFILIATE COMMISSION PROGRAMS RULES AND TERMS: By enrolling your site into this program and/or accepting referral commissions from us, you agree to the following Terms, Rules and Conditions in full: NO CHEAT POLICY: If you are caught breaking any of the rules in this program, your account will be instantly terminated without notice. All monies owed will be forfeited. NO SPAM POLICY: We have a ZERO tolerance for SPAM. If you are caught spamming to our program or site or using email advertisements with any of our links, you will be automatically terminated from the program. All monies owed will be forfeited. The owners and operators of this program are the sole judges of what is considered to be spam. LINK POLICY: You agree to abide by our current and future linking rules. You agree that our linking rules are subject to change without notice. You agree to make accurate and truthful links to webcs.com. No pop-ups or pop-unders or misleading links are allowed. PAYOUT POLICY: We will pay you a $30 commission for every website account that is opened as a result of your referral link, with the following stupilations and restructions: (1) The account in question must be valued at $10 or more per month, (2) The account in question must remain open and in good standing for a minimim of three months, (3) Non-payment by the account holder or an indication of fraud by the account holder will result in the voiding of your commission, (4) You may not gain a commission by ordering an account yourself. A $2 per month bonus will be paid for every website account you refer that remains open and active with us past six months starting with the seventh month. PAYOUT DATES: We will issue payouts every 30 days if your commissions due check is greater than $50. If it is not it will carry over to the next month. We reserve the right to hold payments while we investigate the possibility of fraud. We also reserve the right to charge you postal and handling fees to deliver your checks. PROGRAM ALTERATION: We reserve the right to change the rules, terms and conditions of this program at any time. PROGRAM END: This program may end without notice. REFERRAL RECORDING: Our system uses a cookie system to record referral links. You must link directly to webcs.com, not any of our other pages. We are not responsible for the failure of a cookie to register on a customer's browser, nor for lost commissions to you that result. Our system will try to record as accurately as possible, but no system is perfect. PROGRAM START: This program and money generation starts when you add your assigned links and we review them for accuracy. You will be emailed a confirmation of this start time. If your links are not up when we review your site, we reserve the right to terminate your account. 1) You certify that you are of legal adult age. Websites and URLs that you enroll are and at all times shall continue to be owned and operated in accordance with all applicable laws, and must be owned and operated by you. 2) You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the owners and operators of this program harmless from any and all cost, expense or liability that you may incur as a result of using this program. By using this program, you agree not to seek any legal action against the owners and operators of this program. 3) You agree that your account may be terminated at any time and for any reason, for instance, if your website sends minimal traffic. 4) You agree that income earned from participating in this program will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service. As such, you agree to fill out truthfully any IRS documents that are required for us to pay you and report earnings to the IRS. 5) Any misrepresentation of our site(s) or program(s) is prohibited, including but not limited to, misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership, or content contained within our site(s). Exploitation of our terms and conditions, including but not limited to, instructing the member to signup and cancel is also not permitted in any way, shape or form. 6) You understand that these terms and conditions may be modified, changed, altered, amended, rescinded at any time and you agree to the new Terms Of Use 7) You agree that the owners and operators of this program have the right to with-hold commissions until we are assured that such commissions were earned fairly and no fraud was involved. The owners and operators of this program are the sole determiners of what a fraud is. 8) This agreement shall be governed by Massachusetts law.
